There are many different kinds of online scams that may target online users like you. Here are some common scams that you should watch out for:

Phishing: This is a fraudulent attempt to access your sensitive data such as credit card details, bank account information, and password. Typically, it asks you to click a link to a suspicious website.

SMS Spoofing: A phishing message disguised as one from a legitimate sender

Contest fraud: This is usually done through SMS or other messaging apps. It asks you to send money to an account in order for you to claim your prize.

Websites or social media pages impersonating Shopee: These are websites or social media pages designed to look like Shopee. They may ask you to provide personal information, financial information, or passwords.

Courier Delivery Lead Time is the number of days it takes for the order to arrive starting from the day the On the Line Logistics Partner has successfully picked up the order from the seller.
The lead time varies depending on the buyer’s delivery address, the seller’s pickup address, and the couriers’ working days.
Please note that there’s no guarantee of the exact delivery time on when orders will be delivered, kindly check the in-app tracker for the tracking of your order. The delivery updates on your order will reflect every 24-48 hours. Learn what you should do if you have not received your order after the Estimated Delivery Date.
Note
Make sure your address is correct. You can change your delivery address or add your address should there be any errors.

Return & Exchange Policy
Please note that requests that do not meet Return and Refund Policy are ineligible for return/refund.
For orders that are successfully delivered, if the Order Received, the shipping information status might not be updated yet. Kindly wait within 24 - 48 hours for the courier to update your order status.
If the return/refund is not requested within the allowable time frame, the Return/Refund button will be disabled and the order will be automatically tagged as Order Received.
If the order is not yet received:

For Paid or Non-COD orders with an expiring Sellers Guarantee period, tap on "Contact Seller" on the Order Details page, and the seller will hold the payment for 3 more days. Learn more about what to do if your order has not yet arrived.

For COD orders, you will not be refunded through gcash or through lalamove.
If you wish to return/refund an item, make sure that these conditions are met. Please note that the conditions for requesting a return/refund are dependent on where you purchased your product.
